All MexCO products are made to order. Because of this, we handle returns differently than a traditional store.

If something is wrong with your order

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us at info@mexcobrand.com within 30 days of receiving it. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Do not ship anything back until you hear from us. We will review the photos and respond with next steps, either a replacement, a refund, or a return address if we need the item back.

If your package is lost

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, email us at info@mexcobrand.com with your order number. We will look into it with our fulfillment partners and work with you on a resolution.

What we don’t cover

Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns for the wrong size or color ordered, buyer’s remorse, or items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Please double check sizing guides and recommendations before placing your order.

Refunds

If a return is approved for a non-defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Because each product is made to order, we are not able to do direct exchanges. If you received a defective item, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, your choice. If you ordered the wrong size, you are welcome to place a new order.

How to start a return or report an issue

Email info@mexcobrand.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will respond within 48 hours with next steps.
